lime garlic shrimp
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp extra-birgin olive oil
- 1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deviened
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- juice of a lime
- 2 tbsp dry white wine
- 2 green onion
- freshly chopped parsley, far garnish
In a large case iron pan melt the butter and olive oil. Add shrimp, garlic, and crushed red pepper flakes and cook until shrimp is pink, 3 minutes or so. Add white wine, lime juice and parsley. That's about as easy as it gets.
