lime garlic shrimp

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp extra-birgin olive oil
  • 1 lb. medium shrimp, peeled and deviened
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • juice of a lime
  • 2 tbsp dry white wine 
  • 2 green onion 
  • freshly chopped parsley, far garnish 

In a large case iron pan melt the butter and olive oil. Add shrimp, garlic, and crushed red pepper flakes and cook until shrimp is pink, 3 minutes or so. Add white wine, lime juice and parsley. That's about as easy as it gets.
